Who arranges and delivers the flowers?

A florist local to your recipient hand-arranges and delivers the order. JetFood is not a florist - the order is placed through our nationwide florist network, which takes the payment and is the merchant of record for flower orders.

Is same-day flower delivery available?

Yes, where the local florist can still take the order that day. Available dates are checked live against the recipient ZIP code, so only genuinely available dates are offered. Sundays and some holidays are generally not available.

How far ahead can I schedule a flower delivery?

About 30 days ahead. Available dates come back live from the florist network for the recipient ZIP code, so the calendar only ever offers dates a local florist can actually take.

Can I choose a delivery time?

No. Flowers are delivered during the day and a specific time cannot be guaranteed. Please give the recipient phone number - local florists do call when nobody is home or the address cannot be found, and a missing number is the most common reason a delivery fails.

Will I get exactly the arrangement in the photo?

Every arrangement is made fresh from what the local florist has that day, so a specific flower, color or container may be substituted for something of equal or greater value, keeping as close as possible to the style you chose. You can switch substitutions off at checkout, but that can mean the order cannot be fulfilled on your chosen date.

How do I change or cancel a flower order?

Reply to your confirmation email with your order number as soon as possible and we pass the request straight to the florist network. Once a local florist has begun the arrangement, or it is out for delivery, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How do I pay for flowers?

Card only. Because the florist network takes the payment rather than JetFood, flower orders cannot be paid with your JetFood wallet, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and they do not earn or redeem JetPoints. There is no JetFood service fee on flower orders.
