Is JetFood Shop the same as ordering food from a restaurant?

No. JetFood Shop items ship to you by mail from a warehouse and are separate from restaurant delivery. The two never travel together, and a Shop order does not need a restaurant to be open.

Where does JetFood Shop ship?

Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes.

How long does delivery take?

2-4 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of $35.00 or more. Below that it is a flat $5.99 per order, no matter how many items are in it.

Can I cancel a Shop order?

Yes, free of charge while the order is still waiting to be sent to the warehouse. Email us with your order number and we cancel it and refund you in full. Once the warehouse starts processing the order it can no longer be stopped, so treat it as a return once it arrives.

Can I return something?

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items. Email us with your order number and we send a prepaid return label, usually within one business day. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Food, drink and supplements cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

What if my order arrives damaged or the wrong item shows up?

Email us within 30 days of the delivery date. You choose a full refund or a replacement, you do not pay return shipping, and we do not ask you to send a damaged food item back.
