Everything in JetFood Shop ships to you by mail — it is separate from restaurant delivery, and the two never travel together. Here is exactly what to expect.
You can cancel free of charge while the order is still waiting to be sent to the warehouse. The Cancel order button appears on your order page for as long as that window is open, and cancelling refunds you in full straight away.
Once the warehouse starts processing the order, the button disappears and we can no longer stop the shipment — at that point, treat it as a return once it arrives.
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items. To start a return, email hi@jetfood.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We reply with a prepaid return label and instructions — usually within one business day.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
These limits do not apply when the fault is ours — see below.
If a package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or never shows up, email hi@jetfood.com within 30 days of the delivery date. A photo helps us sort it out faster, but it is not required.
In these cases you keep the choice: a full refund or a replacement, and you do not pay return shipping. We do not ask you to send a damaged food item back.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we issue one it typically lands in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands. Shipping charges are refunded too when the return is our fault.
For a returned item, we issue the refund once the carrier scans your package, not when it reaches the warehouse, so you are not waiting on transit time.
Shop prices can change, and we check them again the moment you reach checkout. If a price moved or an item sold out while it sat in your cart, we tell you before taking any payment — you always confirm the final amount yourself.
Some items are seasonal. Chocolate and other meltables come off the shelf between May and September because they do not survive summer transit; they return in October.
Sales tax depends on where your order is going. The amount shown at checkout is an estimate based on your state’s rate. When your order ships we calculate the final tax for your delivery address — your county’s and state’s rate, plus any grocery tax exemption that applies to the items you bought, since many states tax candy and soft drinks differently from other food.
You are charged that final amount. It is never more than the total you approved at checkout: your card is authorized for the estimate and we only ever capture the final, lower-or-equal figure. If your bank shows a pending hold for the estimate, the difference is released within a few business days.
Email hi@jetfood.com with your order number and we will get back to you within one business day.
